State Farm Bank CD Rates

One of the advantages of State Farm Bank CD rates is a longer grace period than most financial establishments which is 10 days. They also offer interest that is compounded daily that begins the day you make your deposit.

The current State Farm Bank CD rates and their best rate is from the 5 year CD at 3.05% APY, the 4 year CD is at 1.99% APY. The 3 year CD is at 1.88% APY. The 30 month CD is at a special rate 2.14%. This special rate can be obtained by calling your local State Farm representative. The 2 year CD is at 1.72% APY. The 1 year CD is at 1.49% APY. The 180 day CD is at 0.87% and the 90 day CD is at 0.50% APY. All of these rates are for deposits lower than $100,000.

For a deposit greater than $100,000 there are better rates. The 5 year CD at 3.07% APY, the 4 year CD is at 2.00% APY. The 3 year CD is at 1.89% APY. The 30 month CD is at a special rate 2.15%. This special rate can be obtained by calling your local State Farm representative. The 2 year CD is at 1.75% APY. The 1 year CD is at 1.54% APY. The 180 day CD is at 0.88% and the 90 day CD is at 0.52% APY.

Interest is paid out on the 90 and 180 day CD’s at maturity. For CD’s longer than 180 days, the interest is paid out monthly to any account specified by the CD holder.

There is a minimum of $500 to open an account and all deposits are FDIC insured. State Farm Bank CD rates are fixed for the life of the CD
